Sam Topaz, BA, MBA - Chairman
B.A. in Economics & Business Management and Advanced Management studies in Harvard University, Boston, USA. Mr. Topaz offers 34 years experience of international industrial management, marketing and global distribution. Mr. Topaz was the CEO of HAM-LET Group for over three decades and lead it from a family business to a public global company operating through fully owned subsidiaries all over the world.

Mr. Topaz brings to PALTOP extensive experience in technological development, establishment of advanced production systems, and setting up advanced global distribution networks, that include subsidiaries and computerized logistic centers that coordinate on-line between the development, production and sales departments.

Tal Topaz, LL.B and BA in Busines - CEO
Tal Topaz holds a LL.B from IDC Herzliya, Radziner Law school, and a BA from IDC Herzliya, Arison school of business. After graduated with excellence, he completed an internship in one of Tel Aviv's leading low firm. Tal is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2008. Prior to joining Paltop, during 2010-2015, Tal served as Business development director in a public investment company conducting large-scale transections while combining business, legal and financial aspects. Tal joined Paltop in 2015 and served as business development director. Tal was appointed to be the CEO of the company in 2017.
Michael Klein, DDS - Medical Director
Michael Klein, D.D.S. graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency program at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Klein received his training in Oral Implantology by completing a two year, full-time Fellowship in Oral Implantology and Biomaterials at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He then completed Specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Klein was a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University College of Dentistry in the Department of Periodontology and Implantology for 17 years. Dr. Klein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI). He is a Fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration and a Fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics. He has pioneered the technology used in computer guidance for dental implant surgery and holds multiple patents for this technology. He has co-authored a book, The Atlas of Oral Implantology, as well as numerous book chapters and articles on Implant Dentistry. Dr. Klein speaks nationally as well as internationally on a variety of topics in Oral Implantology.
Gil Asafrana, DMD - Scientific Adviser
Dr. Asafrana acquired his Dental Medical Doctor degree at Tel-Aviv University Israel (1996) where he also received his Oral-Rehabilitation Specialist Diploma.

Dr. Asafrana is a Senior Doctor at the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Founder (2006) of the Prosthodontic Unit, Belinson Hospital, Israel.

Former faculty member & lecturer at the post-graduate Prosthodontics course, Dental School of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University.

Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), Member of the Israeli Society of Prosthodontics (ISP), an affiliate Member of the European Academy of Aesthetics Dentistry (EAED) and other memberships.

Owner & manager of a Private Practice in Tel-Aviv, working in a multi-disciplinary approach, utilizing technological advancements in the field of dentistry to enhance workflow and results.Lecturing worldwide, focused on Digital Dentistry and implant supported Prosthodontics.
Dr. Leon Ardekian - Scientific Adviser
Leon Ardekian , D.D.S. graduated from the University of Athens Dental School, Greece . He went on to complete a General Practice Residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at Haim Sheba Medical Center in Tel-Hashomer. Between 1989 and 1995 Dr. Ardekian served as a Senior Surgeon in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Rambam Medical Center, Haifa, Israel. In 1997 ,Dr. Ardekian was a Visiting Surgeon in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Vienna, Austria. Between 2001-2003 Dr.Ardekian was a Clinical and research fellow, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, USA. Between 2003 and 2005 he served as President of the Israeli Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery; and Between 2002 and 2003 as a Vice-President of the Mediterranean Association of Oral Implantology. Between 2004 and 2013 Dr. Ardekian was a faculty in the European Sialendoscopy training Center, Geneva, Switzerland.
From 2005 until now Dr. Ardekian is a member of the Editorial board if the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Ardekain published over 60 articles in the medical and Dental literature. Dr. Ardekian speaks nationally as well as internationally on a variety of topics such as Oral Implantology, Salivary Gland and digital medicine.
Meir Levin, CFO
Meir has over 20 years of leading the finance and General management of Israeli companies operating in the global marketplace.
Meir brings Extensive global Finance, legal, business development, logistics and information technologies experience.
Meir is part of Paltop’s executive management since 2010 and active in the company’s strategic international business development, and all legal aspects.
Meir is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University and a master's degree (LLM) in Law from Bar-Ilan University..
Igall Dagon, B.A - VP Sales & Marketing
Igal Dagon holds a B.A in Law from Ono Academic College and a B.A in business Manchester University, Bar Ilan extension. Igal bring over 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with over a decade of experience in sales and marketing in the dental implants field.
He served for 15 years in the various roles in Israel's leading newspaper's marketing department, and was eventually appointed VP Marketing of the newspaper.
Prior to joining Paltop, Igall served as the VP Marketing of a successful Israeli Dental Implant company, where he created and lead the marketing and sales efforts achieving fast growth in both the local and global markets.
Tal Hammer-Topaz, DM.Sc, M.B.A - VP Operations
Tal holds a B.Sc. (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion - the Israel Institute of Technology, in which she specialized in Biotechnology and Food Engineering, a M.Sc. from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Department of Immunology in which she specialized in the study of immune cells using advanced imaging technologies and a MBA from the Tel-Aviv University, the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration.
Tal previously worked for “Sunrise Projects”, a consulting firm in the field of R&D grants. Tal worked as a Project Manager, leading and coordinating projects for various companies in the field of life sciences. Tal is a part of Paltop’s management since 2010. Tal led many projects in the company including establishing of high standard quality system, achieving CE and FDA approvals, as well as implementing an ERP system and advanced manufacturing infrastructure.
Moti Miles, B.Sc - Head of Engineering
Mr. Miles holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, The Israel Institute of Technology and he is a certified Electronics Technician. Mr. Miles Arrived to Paltop from the Israeli Intel© development center where he gained experience with fine mechanics.
Being in Paltop from the very beginning Mr. Miles was part of the design of the entire Paltop range of products and had the honor to work with some of the world’s leading dentists in the development of cutting edge products and digital dentistry processes.
Emil Yakubov, CDTS, Practical Mechanical Engineer - Digital Lab Manager
Emil Yakubov is a Dental Laboratory Technician with over 17 years of experience in the dental field. Mr. Yakubov is an expert in the restoration of dental implants. He specializes in restoration by digital design as well as by the conventional method of restoration. Emil managed the department of dental implant restoration in a large dental laboratory and then worked as a Process Engineer in a leading dental implant company specializing in zirconia componentry.
As part of Paltops digital team, Emil gives support to laboratories and dental clinics while planning, advising and solving complex implant cases by using digital technology. Emil is skilled in planning and developing different types of custom restorations.
